In 2016, Hanjian Heshan successfully undertook the procurement of prestressed concrete cylinder pipes (PCCP) for Lot 1 of the Songhua River Water Supply Project for Cities in Central Jilin, with a winning bid amount of 389 million yuan and a project scale of 51 kilometers.

In 2019, it successfully won the bid for Lot 1 of PCCP pipe procurement for the second phase of the project, with a winning bid amount of 443 million yuan and a project scale of 123 kilometers.

The project is located in central Jilin. Its water supply scope covers 11 cities, counties, and districts including Changchun, Siping, Liaoyuan, and their subordinate Jiutai, Dehui, Nong'an, Gongzhuling, Lishu, Yitong, Dongliao, and Changshuangyang, as well as 25 towns near the water supply line. The project includes the water intake, the main water conveyance trunk line, the Changchun branch line, the Siping branch line, the Liaoyuan branch line, the Fengjialing water distribution hub, and ancillary works along the route. The project line is 263.45 kilometers long, with a total construction period of 6 years and a total investment of 10.1 billion yuan. Upon completion, it can meet the domestic water needs of 9.9 million people.

The "RFID-based PCCP Information Management Platform" developed by Hanjian Heshan was successfully applied in this project. In 2016, Hanjian Heshan initiated the R&D of this platform. RFID is a non-contact automatic identification technology. In 2017, the "PCCP Pipeline Product Quality Management Information System" won second prize in technology development. In the same year, the patent application for "PCCP pipeline with RFID chip" was successful.
