Nenjiang River Water Diversion to Liaoning Project

In December 2018, Hanjian Heshan successfully won the bid for Lot 1 of pipeline section procurement for the water conveyance project, with a winning bid amount of 658 million yuan.

On January 28, 2023, Hanjian Heshan successfully won the bid for Lot 1 of important materials and equipment procurement for the second phase of the project, with a winning bid amount of 203 million yuan.

This is a major project in Eastern Inner Mongolia. It can alleviate the severe water shortage in the West Liao River basin and guarantee regional water resources optimization and sustainable economic development. The project mainly involves diverting water from the Nuer River to the West Liao River. The water conveyance line is 390.26 km long, including 173.76 km of tunnels and 203.83 km of PCCP pipelines.

The second phase is a continuation, a Class I large-scale (1) project. It has 9 branch lines and 14 water receiving points. The average annual water transfer is 436 million cubic meters. The total pipeline length is 395.27 km.
