In January 2020, Hanjian Heshan successfully won the bid for Lot 1 of pipe procurement for the Henan section of the project, with a winning bid amount of 643 million yuan.

On December 18, 2023, Hanjian Heshan successfully won the bid for Lot 2 of pipeline procurement for the second phase of the project, with a winning bid amount of 517 million yuan.

This is a large-scale inter-basin water transfer project focusing on urban and rural water supply and navigation development. The total water conveyance line is 723 km long. The water supply area covers 12 cities in Anhui and 2 cities in Henan. The total investment is estimated at 91.271 billion yuan, with a total construction period of 72 months.

The second phase is based on the first phase. The second phase is an organic component. The PCCP pipeline length for this project is 93.631 km.
