The smart factory for the Xinjiang PCCP project was registered on October 18, 2024, and is scheduled for completion by the end of December 2024. It is located in the Zhundong Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qitai County, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang. It covers an area of 429 mu with a total investment of 166 million yuan. It will have two PCCP production lines and one steel fitting production line, with an annual output of 60-70 km of standard pipes and 6,000 tons of steel fittings.

The smart factory utilizes BIM, UWB, RFID, and QR code technologies to establish a smart production and quality management system, achieving real-time control and full lifecycle information traceability.

The completion of the Xinjiang project is a crucial step in Heshan's national strategic layout, laying a solid foundation for development in the northwest region. The company will use this project to explore new growth points and localize production of other advantageous projects.
