In January 2024, Hanjian Heshan successfully won the bid for Lot I of pipe procurement for the project, with a total length of about 19.77 km.

This project is a key component of the Shanxi modern water network. After completion, it will be significant for supporting regional economic development, ensuring water supply, and improving the ecology.

Heshan actively responds to the national "Smart Water Conservancy" initiative. It has developed the "PCCP Pipeline Manufacturing and Installation RFID Intelligent Control System Platform", achieving an upgrade from traditional products to intelligent, data-driven ones.

Each pipe is implanted with an RFID chip, enabling full lifecycle monitoring. This is significant for safety monitoring and facilitates maintenance.

This platform is an upgraded version of the previous RFID-based platform. It connects industrial computers to the information platform, directly reading data, reducing manual entry, and improving efficiency.

In October 2022, the upgrade was successful. In November, it obtained a technical achievement certification. In August 2023, it obtained a software copyright certificate.
