Composition:

JPCCP is a pipe product used for trenchless installation. It is a composite pipe combining prestressed and non-prestressed structures, capable of withstanding high internal pressure and external loads simultaneously, and suitable for jacking construction. After construction, it can be used directly for water transmission without the need for installing steel or other pipes inside. It is primarily composed of thin steel plates, joint steel rings, protector rings, steel cages, prestressing wires, concrete, and protective layer concrete.

Characteristics:

　　1、Can simultaneously withstand relatively high internal pressure and external loads.

　　2、Smooth outer wall, suitable for longer distance jacking construction.

　　3、Uses steel bell and spigot joints, which are flexible joints, allowing for curved jacking.

　　4、Joints use double gasket seals, ensuring joint sealing.

　　5、Service life is equal to PCCP, ≥50 years.

　　6、Low comprehensive cost.

Mainly used for pressure pipelines in urban areas, jacking under railways, highways, and other areas where trenching is unfavorable.

Company's Current Key Technological Innovation Points:

In the Yangtze River to Huaihe River Project (Henan Section), the company designed and used DN3000 JPCCP for twin-line jacking under a river, with a cover depth of 29m, designed working pressure of 1.0 MPa, and a jacking length of 300m without an intermediate jacking station. This application environment involving large diameter, deep cover, and high working pressure is pioneering in China.
