PCCP fittings are composite pipes made from medium/thick steel plates, connection joints, wire mesh, and cement mortar or anti-corrosion coatings. The manufacturing process: (1) Forming the main steel fitting from plates via cutting, rolling, assembly, welding. (2) Welding appropriate connection joints to both ends. (3) Applying cement mortar lining/coating or protective coating as per design.
